Termsheet Workshop
We would like to clear up the misconceptions and provide concrete and valuable information for the startup community about termsheets. With the necessary information, startups will become better negotiators, will be able to set reasonable expectations, or compromise (in their own business interests) if necessary. (The event was facilitated in Hungarian.)
